Laursen - Part 6

Few weeks ago…

"Hey, I was watching you dancing and I have to say, that you are the most beautiful girl I've ever seen."

The girl, Etienne was talking to, was blushing madly, but wasn't turned off by his cheesy pick-up line at all. It was Saturday evening and they were in a club, dancing, drinking and having fun. Moreover Etienne was a handsome guy who couldn’t be turned down so easily. Which girl wouldn’t talk to a handsome Mediterranean guy, who didn’t seem to be a complete macho? Furthermore she was very attractive herself and she knew how to use her female charms.

"You're cute, although you're line is a bit lame," she giggled, "Are you saying this to all girls you want to get in your bed?"

"Haha, how mean of you," Etienne laughed and started dancing with her, "I'm honest with you. You're so beautiful that I have to kiss you."

• Forced himself to study IT and Game Design at the Central University of Arts although he was tired of studying and preferred to play video games.
• He's a well-known Casanova and his friends always joke around that he's got too much pheromones. The half Spaniard used to be a convinced bachelor till he accepted and succeeded the Débuchy Challenge.
• Maybe he's the touchiest guy on earth because Etienne tends to hug his friends a lot (in a non homosexual way).
• Etienne cares a lot about his looks although he often denies it.
• He's Lauri's best and most trusted friend.  
• He invented an unusual tactic to approach girls he was interested in and calls it Guerilla Tactic.
• Mostly he's carefree, out-going and likes to enjoy his life as much as possible. Etienne hates all kind of troubles and tries to avoid them the best.

Laursen - Part 5

Two years ago...

Sheryl had talked to Lauri after his football match for the first time and the young Finn still couldn't believe that. Why him out of so many other guys? It could also be Soren, but she chose him. Lauri didn't give much thought about it and was just happy about his current situation. Sheryl was a nice girl, out-going but Lauri could see that she had some troubles finding a good friend she could fully trust. It wasn't that surprising because most girls didn't like her and preferred to avoid her, because of the Débuchy Challenge. But somehow she was trusting him and Lauri had no idea why. Anyways he shouldn't complain.

A week had passed since they first talked to each other and Lauri got to know Sheryl better and better. She loved to play the violin and her dream was to get to the conservatoire. So she was practising as much as she could beside school. Lauri admired her ambitious attitude and that reminded him of himself. He was training hard to get the sports scholarship, but to have Soren as a rival, it would be hard.

"Soren is a great playmaker but you are the one who gets the score for your team," Sheryl always told him, "So you don't have to worry at all. In my opinion you're even better than Soren Larsen."

Because Lauri and Sheryl often were hanging out together, it wasn't a secret that they were friends. At the same time the Finn got some tough time, especially because some of his classmates were kind of picking on him. Freaking rumours and its spreading potential.

Laursen - Part 4

It wasn't planned to play video games at Paul's home at all, because his mum didn't like to see her son and his friends sit in front of the PC for a couple of hours. Fortunately Paul's parents weren't at home so it didn't matter. By the way, it was all Etienne's idea to go over to the young French's house. The others, Lauri and Christian, were kind of followers.

"Let's grab something to eat after this game," Lauri suggested and stretched his arms. He was quite hungry after three hours gaming and not having a break yet. Moreover he couldn't keep listening to music anymore, because the headphones were hurting his ears. Everyone was fine with it and agreed to the young Finn's idea, when Etienne suddenly was laughing his head off. The half French loved to stream his games and read the questions his followers were asking him. And it seemed that one of the questions was really amusing him.

"Hmm don't know who of us gets all the girls," he said half in thoughts and half smirking as if he was scheming something.

Laursen - Part 3

How annoying. The sun had already set but Lauri had to go back to college. Just because he forgot his Lucky Charm in the classroom. How troublesome. If it wasn't something important to him, he'd given a shit about it and would simply have stayed at home. But because Lauri felt uncomfortable, not having it in his pocket, he headed the whole way back to his college. The streetlights just turned on.

"How was it possible to forget it?" he asked himself again and again. It was his Lucky Charm after all, a small Korean charm that looked like a small bag. Lauri wouldn't leave his house without it. Luckily the college's doors weren't closed, which was very careless from the staff but at the same time the young Finn was quite lucky to be able to sneak in around this time. Lauri rushed up the stairs to his classroom and found his charm under his table. Finally holding the small, colourful bag in his hands again, Lauri felt much more comfortable. It was very precious to him after all. Anyways, time to go home. Lauri rushed down the stairs when he heard a dull bang. A burglar? But what was a burglar doing at a college? Okay, he could steal some computers or other things that had cost the college a fortune to afford them. Moreover the main entrance wasn't closed and every stranger could enter the building. Still, from  Lauri's point of view, a college wasn't a great place to target because there were other places a burglar could break in.

Sheryl Débuchy

Eye colour: brown

Origin: French, English

• Is in her second year at the International College and studies English literature and law.
• She's a great violinist but is not great enough to get to the conservatoire (school for music), which was her plan in the first place. 
• Although she has Asian features (her mother is half Japanese and English), she considers herself as European. 
• Her relationship to Daniel Romanov is very difficult to describe. Actually they are arguing all the day about nothing and no-one knows why.
• Known for the Débuchy challenge.
• Sheryl is a person, people would either hate or like. She would do everything for those who are very dear to her.
• Something connects her to Lauri (not revealed yet) but she seemed not to recognise him or at least she pretends not to know him.

Lauri Lamminen

Age: 18

Height: 1,85m

Origin: Swedish/Finnish

Hobbies: Video Gaming, Football, Hanging out with friends

• Is in his first year at the International College and studies IT and mathematics. 
• Very mature for his age, but can be carefree as well.
• Many say he has a poker face because he can hide his expression very well. If something bothers him a lot, he will try to solve the problem or simply confront the person who's involved in it.
• Lauri used to do a lot of sports, especially football, but after an accident he had to quit. Nowadays he plays video games because he hasn't recovered yet to do any intensiv sportive activities.
• Every morning Lauri has to drink a cup of coffee or else he'd walk around like a zombie.
• Actually Lauri is Swedish but his grandparents had moved to Finland back then, so he's Finnish in the papers.
• Sometimes has a "I don't care shit" look and doesn't like to be ordered around.

Laursen - Part 2

Present...

"Fuck you, Romanov, you won't get the rehearsal room!"

It happened again and by now it was nothing new to anyone. Daniel Romanov and Sheryl Débuchy were notorious at their college for their quarrels. They were like Tiger and Dragon: always fighting like they were in an endless circle of hatred. No one knows why they couldn't stand each other and by now no one cared about the reason. Everything had started by putting them in the same class. Almost like love at first sight just in the opposite direction. You could say it was hatred at first sight, as if Daniel and Sheryl were destined to fight against each other. Weirdly no one intended to do something about the daily tension and neither of them wanted to change class. Because doing so would be like admitting to be defeated and both rather would stab themselves than see the other win. Anyways, fact was whenever Daniel provoked Sheryl, everything ended in shouting and offending the other one.

Laursen - Part 1

Two years ago...

The fifth case in just one year. That one girl from Lauri's parallel class was carrying her belongings out of school while her father was waiting for her in the car. Her face looked pale, her eyes were hollow like those of a zombie. She almost lost her nerves and in the end she decided to change school. There was a crazy stalker after her but no one had an idea who that guy could be.

"Quite a shame."

"Someone needs to do something about it."

Yes, someone needed to do something about that but not Lauri. The young student with Finnish origins had to care about his football career if he wanted to get a scholarship for college. He did feel sorry for that girl though. Having a stalker was a serious business and the weirdest was the girl claimed to never have seen his face. She just received strange letters and had the feeling to be followed. Her stalker never approached her but he was driving her to insanity with his ominous presence. Hopefully that guy didn't return to terrorize another girl...
